Description
Bekannt ist, daß zür Metallisierung von Hohlräumen, Röhren usw. mit den bekannten Metallspritzpistolen rotierende Winkeldüsen von etwa 8o', u. a. mit Düsenverlängeru.ngen, in Anwendung sind. Der starr abgeleitete Zerstäubungsstrahl ist je nach Konstruktion im Bereich von o bis 8o' unveränderlich. Die vorliegende Erfindung soll jedoch über diese Möglichkeiten hinaus eine Ableitung des Zerstäubungsstrahls bis zu i2o', und zwar während des Betriebes beliebig verstellbar von o bis i:2o' gestatten. Damit könnte von einem festen Punkt aus, ohne die Spritzpistole zu bewegen, z. B. eine Hohlkugel zu 3/4 ihrer Innenfläche metallisiert werden. Die Veränderung des Ablenkungswinleels des Spritzstrahls erfolgt durch entsprechende Regulierung der Preßluftzufuhr zur Winkeldüse. In der Zeichnung ist sc:fieniatisch die Anordnung einer solchen Zerstäubungswinkeldüse dargestellt. Die Düsenverlängerung A mit konzentriscb angeordneter Drahtdüse i, Gasgemischdüse 2 zum Abschm,elzen des Drahtes und Zerstäubungspreßluftdüse 3 spritzt in gerader Richtung. Durch Zuleitung weiterer Preßluft oder Gase durch das Rohr B über die abgewinkelte Düse C wird der Spritzstrahl je nach Stärke des durch Ventil a regulierten Preßluftstrahls aus seiner ursprünglichen Richtung von I-II abgelenkt. Läßt man das Rohr B allein oder mit der Zerstäubungsluftdüse 3 rotieren, kann eine Kugelinnenfläche, wie eingangs geschildert, gespritzt werden; die durch die Zerstäubungsdüse 3 zerstäubten Metalle werden durch die zusätzliche Preßluft aus der Winkeldüse- c weiterzerstäubt, womit ein feineres Spritzkorn sowie eine größere Dichte und Haftfähigkeit erzielt werden. Die durch die Winkeldüse c austretende Preßluft setzt die Temperatur der Schmelzgase nach der Schmelzarbeit wesentlich herab und ergibt somit auch eine Kühlung der zu bearbeitenden Teile.The increased supply of cold atomizing air or gas significantly reduces the temperature of the melting flame.
