Zu der im Hauptpatent 726 228 wiedergegebenen Sperr- und Bremsvorrichtung für Kunstbeinkniegelenke wird erfindungsgemäß eine Schalt- und Auslösevorrichtung vorgeschlagen, die nicht nur eine willkürliche Betätigung und Lösung der Bremsvorrichtung, sondern auch eine fast automatische Wirkung ermöglicht.
