Die Erfindung betrifft ein thermisch getrenntes Profil zur Herstellung von Tür- und Fensterrahmen und dergl., das aus mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten und durch wärmedämmendes Material voneinander getrennten Hohlprofilteilen besteht.
Es sind eine Reihe von Profilen bekannt, die zweiteilige metallische Grundprofile aufweisen, welche durch Zwischenlagen oder durch Ausschäumen thermisch getrennt sind.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Verbindung der metallischen Grundprofile zu verbessern bzw. zu vereinfachen.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird ein thermisch getrenntes Profil vorgeschlagen, das gekennzeichnet ist durch zwei metallische Hohlprofilteile, die an den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen Ausnehmungen aufweisen, in denen knopfartige Ansätze einer zwischen

Durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung wird die Herstellung thermisch getrennter Profile erheblich vereinfacht. Da die Profilteile eine identische oder unterschiedliche Außenform aufweisen können, lassen sich eine Reihe verschiedener Profilformen zusammenstellen,
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Querschnitt durch ein Gesamtprofil,
Fig. 2 eine Profilhälfte in perspektivischer Ausführung.
Zwei metallische Hohlprofilteile 1 und 2 sind in den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen 6, 7 mit übereinstimmenden Ausnehmungen 3 versehen. In diese Ausnehmungen werden knopfartige Ansatz® 5 einer Kunststoffleiste 4 eingedrückt, wodurch eine feste Verbindung der Profilteile hergestellt ist.

Claims (1)

  1. Thermisch getrenntes Profil zur Herstellung von Tür- und Fensterrahmen und dergl., das aus mindestens zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten und durch wärmedämmendes Material voneinander getrennten Hohlprofilteilen besteht, gekennzeichnet durch zwei metallische Hohlprofilteile (1, 2) die an den sich gegenüberliegenden Flächen (6,7) Ausnehmungen (3) aufweisen, in denen knopfartige Ansätze (5) einer zwischen den Flächen (6,7) angeordneten Kunststoffleiste (4) verankert sind.
