B. o-Cyclohexylphenol und Dicyandiamid, überraschenderw eise Klebstoffe erhalten werden, welche im Gegensatz zu den bisher bekannten, auf Wasserglasgrundlage aufgebauten Klebstoffen für viele Zwecke Verwendung finden können. Als phenolische Körper kommen außer den genannten noch in Betracht Phenol selbst, ferner Substanzen der allgemeinen Formel: wobei R und R1 Substituenten aliphatischer Natur sind und 1 einen hydroaromatischen Kern bedeutet. Durch den Zusatz. der phenolischen Körper wird ferner eine fäulnishemmende Wirkung erreicht. Der gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung hergestellte Klebestoff dient zum Kleben von Holz, imprägnierten und anderen Pappen, Glas, Porzellan, Steingut usw.The known adhesives made from water glass often showed signs of aging.
