Wären die Ventile so angeordnet, dafs nach dem Abschlufs der Brausen das Wasser in den Warmwasserrohren stehen bliebe, so würde dieses zu hoch erhitzt werden und beim Oeffnen der Brause Verbrühungen verursachen. Bei dieser Heizvorrichtung findet auch eine natürliche Regelung des Dampfverbrauchs statt, indem je nach der Zahl der in Betrieb befindlichen Leitungen sich der Dämpf mehr oder weniger schnell niederschlägt.
