Description
Kühlung der Einspritzventile bei mit Schweröl betriebenen Einspritzbrennkraftmaschinen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kühlung der Einspritzventile mit einem im Kreislauf durch ihre Kühlräume über einen Rückkühler geführten Kühlmittel, z. B. Gasöl, bei Einspritzbrennkraftmaschinen. Die Erfindung besteht darin. daß der Rückkühler für das Kühlmittel der Einspritzventile im Kühlwasserstrom der Maschine hinter dem Austritt desselben aus den Kühlräumen angeordnet ist. -Durch diese Anordnung des Rückkühlers wird ein besonderer Kühlmittelstrom für denselben erspart. Gleichzeitig wird erreicht, daß die Mindesttemperatur der Einspritzventile nicht unter die des Kühlwassers der Maschine sinkt, so da.ß bei mit Schwerölen betriebenen Maschinen die Einspritzventile auch bei Leerlaufbetrieb mit Sicherheit auf einer Temperatur gehalten werden, bei der das; Schweröl die für einen einwandfreien Betrieb erforderliche Dünnflüssigkeit aufweist.Cooling of the injection valves in internal combustion engines operated with heavy fuel oil The invention relates to a cooling of the injection valves with one in the circuit coolant passed through their cold rooms via a recooler, e.g. B. gas oil Internal combustion engines. Da, der Kühlwasserumlauf der Maschine meistens wärmeempfindlich geregelt wird oder ständiger Aufsicht unterliegt, um das Kühlwasser auf der für einen wirtschaftlichen Betrieb der Maschine erforderlichen Temperatur von 6o bis 8o' zu halten, so ist gleichzeitig gewährleistet, daß auch: die Einspritzventile keine niedrigere Temperatur annehmen können, was beim Betrieb der Maschine mit Schweröl insofern vorteilhaft ist, als dasselbe auch bei längerem Leerlaufbetrieb innerhalb des Einspritzventils nicht zähflüssig werden und das Ventil verkleben kann.The fuel injection valves a1 to at are switched on in a manner known per se with their cooling chambers in its cooling circuit b.
