BP Case No. BPC. 5203Patentansprüche1,- Polymere, zur Bildung biegsamer thermoplastischer Filme fähige Zusammensetzung, die einen Polymerlatex und einen inneren Weichmacher enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Weichmacher ein Produkt der allgemeinen Formel (IR R1 r2III <«CH2 = C - C0.0(CH.CH2O)(CH.CH20)nR3ist, in welcherR für ein Η-Atom, eine Methylgruppe oder eine Ethylgruppe steht;R eine Methylgruppe oder eine Ethylgruppe ist;2
R eine Gruppe, ausgewählt aus einer Methyl-, Ethyl- und Phenylgruppe, ist,R ein Η-Atom oder eine C-, -C. Alkylgruppe ist; und η eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 20 ist. - 2.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, in welcher die Addukte hergestellt sind, indem man zuerst Acrylsäure oder Methacrylsäure mit Propylenoxid, Propylenglykol, Butylenoxid oder Butylenglykol zur Herstellung eines Monohydroxyesters verestert und den Monoester anschließend mit einem oder mehreren Olefinoxiden oder Glykolen entweder (i) stufenweise oder (ii) mit einer beliebigen Mischung verschiedener Olefinoxide oder Glykole oder (iii) mit vorgebildeten Blöcken aus Polyoxyalkylenen oder Polyoxyarylenen umsetzt.
- 3.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 2, in welcher das mit dem Monohydroxyester umgesetzte Olefinoxid das gleiche oder ein anderes ist als es anfänglich mit der Säure zur Bildung des Monohydroxyesters umgesetzt worden ist._ 2 —
- 4.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, inwelcher der Monohydroxyester Hydroxypropylmethacrylat oder Hydroxybutylmethacrylat ist.
- 5.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, in welcher das Addukt die allgemeine Formel hat:CH3 CH3 CH3I I I (II)CH2 = CCO.0(CH.CH2O)(CH.CH2O)nHin welcher η für eine ganze Zahl zwischen 4 und 8 steht.
- 6.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, in welcher das Addukt die allgemeine Formel hat:CH3 CH3 C2H5I I I <m>CH2 = C.COO(CH.CH2O)(CH.CH2O)nH in welcher η eine ganze Zahl zwischen 4 und 8 ist.
- 7.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, in welcher die Addukte eine Glasübergangstemperatur unterhalb -700C haben.
- 8.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß Anspruch 1, in welcher die inneren Weichmacher die Addukte in Kombination mit einem oder mehreren anderen Monomeren einschließlich Vinylacetat, Styrol Methylmethacrylat, Vinylchlorid, Vinylversatat, Butylacrylat und 2-Ethylhexylacrylat enthalten.
- 9.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die polymeren Latices, die innerlich durch die Addukte weichgemacht werden, ausgewählt sind aus solchen, die von den Polymeren und Copolymeren von Vinylacetat, Vinylchlorid, Methylmethacrylat und Styrol hergeleitet sind.007U05
- 10.- Polymere Zusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Adduktmenge in der Zusammensetzung zwischen 0,1 und 50 Gew.-% des gesamten polymeren Gehaltes 5 des Latex beträgt.
