Den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung bildet eine Krankentrage, welche zur leichteren Fortschaffung in einzelne Theile zerlegt oder derart zusammengeklappt werden kann, .dafs die Länge der Krankentrage dieselbe bleibt, die Breite jedoch auf ca. V₅ vermindert wird, so dafs es ermöglicht ist, mehrere Dutzend Krankentragen in einem Transportwagen unterzubringen. Für den örtlichen Verkehr, in Krankenhäusern etc., scheint es am zweckmäfsigsten, die Krankenträge nicht zu zerlegen, sondern einfach zusammenzuklappen, indem man' die beiden Tragbalken einander nähert, wodurch sich die Kopfstütze c sowie das Verbindungsstück d zusammengeklappt zwischen die beiden Tragbalken legen.The stretcher described above can be folded up in two different ways for the purpose of easy transport, which would depend on the particular circumstances.
