1. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung, welche aufweist:
ein Hauptfilter (1) mit einer großen Teilchensammelkapazität, das in eine Abgasleitung (22) in einem Dieselmotor eingebaut ist;
ein Unterfilter (2) mit einer kleinen Teilchensammeikapazität, das parallel zum Hauptfilter (1) angeordnet und in die Abgasleitung (22) eingebaut ist;
ein Ventil (5) zur Steuerung einer Abgasströmung zum Hauptfilter (1) und ein Ventil (9) zur Steuerung einer Abgasströmung zum Unterfilter (2);
am Hauptfilter (1) und am Unterfilter (2) vorgesehene Heizelemente (6) zum Verbrennen von im Hauptfilter (1) und im Unterfilter (2) gesammelten Teilchen;
einen Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) zur Erfassung
der Menge von im Hauptfilter (1) angesammelten Teilchen; und
eine Steuereinrichtung (10) zum Steuern der Ventile
(5,9) und der Heizelemente (6) in Abhängigkeit von einem Erfassungssignal vom Teilchenansammlungssensor (8).
2. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die das Hauptfilter (1) und das Unterfilter (2) bildenden Filterkörper (3) jeweils aus zufällig geschichteten keramischen Langfasern bestehen.

3. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei welcher das ünterfilter (2) in eine im Hauptfilter (1) ausgebildete Bypassleitung (4) eingebaut ist und die Ventile aus einem Öffnungs-Schiießventil (5), das die Hauptleitung (12) für das Hauptfilter (1) öffnet und schließt, und einem Bypassventil (9) bestehen, das die Bypassleitung (4) öffnet und schließt.
4. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welcher die Heizelemente (6) jeweils an den Oberflächen des Hauptfilters (l) und des Unterfilters (2) eingebaut sind.
5. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei welcher der Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) in die Abgasleitung (22) für das Hauptfilter (1) auf der Abgaseinlaßseite (15) eingebaut ist.

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei welcher die Steuereinrichtung (10) das Öffnungs-Schließventil (5), das Bypassventil (9) und die Heizelemente (6) in Abhängigkeit von Erfassungssignalen aus einem Temperatursensor (29) zur Erfassung der Temperatur des Hauptfilters (1) und aus dem Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) zum Veraschen gesammelter Teilchen steuert.

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, bei welcher der Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) ein Erfassungsfilter (25) mit nahezu der gleichen Ventilation je Volumeneinheit wie das Hauptfilter (1), Klemmen (26) eines am Ende des Erfassungsfilters (25) befestigten leitenden Metalls und einen Widerstandssensor zum Messen des Widerstandes zwischen den Klemmen

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei welcher das Erfassungsfilter (25) aus porösem Keramikmaterial gebildet ist, das aus SiC oder ein Additiv, wie Ti und Ta, enthaltendem SiC besteht, und die Klemmenteile (26) des Erfassungsfilters (25) mit einem Metall, wie Cu, Cr und Ni, imprägniert sind.

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei welcher das Erfassungsfilter (25) aus einem faserbeschichteten Material mit zufällig geschichteten langen Fasern aus SiC oder Ti und Ta enthaltendem SiC und einem Metallnetz (34) aus leitendem hitzebeständigem Stahl besteht, das auf die Oberfläche des Faserschichtmaterials aufgeschichtet ist, wobei die Drahtstäbe des Metallnetzes (34) aus leitendem hitzebeständigem Stahl bestehen und auf die Oberfläche des Faserschichtmaterials aufgeschichtet sind und die Drahtstäbe des Metallnetzes (34) zwischen den Klemmen (26) teilweise abgeschnitten sind.

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei welcher das Erfassungsfilter (25) aus leitenden SiC-Fasern besteht und ein Metallnetz (34) aufweist, das so geformt ist, daß die Drahtstabdichte des Netzes sich zu den Enden hin erhöht, sowie Sensoren an den Enden des Netzes zum Messen des Netzwiderstandes.
11. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei welcher, wenn die Temperatur des Hauptfilters (1) hoch ist, eine Regenerierung des Hauptfilters (1) gestartet wird, auch wenn die vom Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) festgestellte Menge von angesam-

Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei welcher, wenn die Temperatur des Hauptfilters (1) niedrig ist, eine Regenerierung des Hauptfilters (1) nur gestartet wird, wenn die vom Teilchenansammlungssensor (8) festgestellte Menge von angesammelten Teilchen gleich oder größer ist als die vorbestimmte Menge.
13. Diesel-Teilchenfiltervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, bei welcher das Hauptfilter (1) und das Unterfilter (2) aus einem zylindrischen Filter oder einem faltenbalgartigen zylindrischen Filter mit einem Metallnetz (6) besteht, das ein auf der Oberfläche jedes Filterkörpers (3) angeordnetes Heizelement bildet.
