Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf das technische Gebiet von Vorrichtungen zur Enthaarung durch Wachs, das mit Hilfe einer Auftragwalze auf die Haut aufgetragen werden kann. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Enthaarung durch wärmeschmelzbares Wachs, die, wie im Stand der Technik wohl bekannt, ein Gehäuse enthält, das mit oder in der Hand gehalten werden kann und beispielsweise aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist. Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist beispielsweise in der FR-93.07.341 derselben Anmelderin beschrieben, dessen Beschreibung als in die vorliegende Erfindung integriert betrachtet wird. Innerhalb des Gehäuses ist ein Behälter, vorzugsweise aus Metall, zum Speichern des Wachses angeordnet. Die Vorrichtung enthält auch ein Heizmittel, z. B. einen Widerstand vom Typ PTC, der mit dem Behälter in wärmeleitender Verbindung steht und diesem unmittelbar oder mittelbar die zum Schmelzen des Wachses erforderliche Wärmeenergie liefert.
