Description
Process for the production of non-slip, soft and loose textile fiber webs It is known that fleece as well as wadding in the finished state can be applied externally on one or both sides to be sprayed with adhesive in the finest distribution, so that the goods hereby a Retains a certain strength, but remains soft and porous on the inside.
It is also known to connect upholstery fibers with one another using Klel) fabric, by falling slowly through a space filled with sprayed glue, be surrounded all around with adhesive particles even with the supply of hot air, in order to then be pressed together to form shaped upholstery goods and the like.
In contrast, the invention relates to a method, textile fiber webs produce that are grippy, soft and loose, but still have the Fibers not only on the outer layers, but also on the inside of the fiber layer are connected to each other by glue. To this end, according to the invention finely sprayed adhesive solution, e.g. B. rubber solution, with textile fibers such as wool, Cotton wool, silk and the like which are formed into a web by the action of a fan, merged during web formation. Doing this beating up on each flying Fiber down a few drops of glue. while at the same time the diluent of the adhesive due to the air movement caused by the blower to the large Part evaporates, so that the fibers through the so dried-on glue droplets be connected to one another without impregnation with adhesive occurring. This soft, loose and porous, but nonetheless evenly firm fibrous web obtained in this way is then finished in the manner customary in the textile industry for fabric webs.
