Die Erfindung betrifft zur Ausgleichung dieser Schäden und zur Kräftigung und Entwicklung schwacher Füße eine zur Fußgymnastik bestimmte Vorrichtung in Form von Schuhen oder Sandalen mit einer in der Nähe der Zehengrundgelenke unterteilten Sohle. Schuhe bzw. Sandalen dieser Art sind an sich bekannt, Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß in an sich bei Schlittschuhen bekannter Art voneinander getrennt zwei Kufen an den beiden Sohlenteilen angebracht sind, die jedoch zum Schreiten auf dem Boden bestimmte und dementsprechende Laufflächen aufweisen. Bei Gebrauch dieser Vorrichtung haben die Muskeln ständig für die Balancierung des Gleichgewichtes zu sorgen.
