Description
Man verwende z. Dabei färbe man z. Process for the production of real silver-plated artificial glasses Chemically silvered glass objects, especially vases, are pretty not resistant to water if the silver layer is only covered with one of the usual varnishes is covered. But since these are also used as commodities, specifically If the vases are used more often for sticking flowers in water, the silver becomes soon attacked and destroyed. To make the silver layer more resistant, you have to cover them with several layers of varnish. However, if you paint a layer of varnish again on the same layer of varnish, so the lower one is softened again, she becomes blistered, unsightly, and when it is colored, very annoying shades of color show up. If, on the other hand, one uses very different paints, i. H. those which resins are quite different Contain solubility, so you can apply three layers on top of each other without the lower layer is softened again and without the annoying shades of color demonstrate. Here you only need to color one layer golden while the other Layers can be colorless. Use z. B. Damar as a first spread, as second shellac and third zapon varnish. One color z. B. the shellac golden yellow, which results in a triple high-gloss golden lacquer layer, the your silver precipitate gives great resistance to water.
