Description

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Ausbildung von Karteikarten für mechanische Karteien als Kombination zweier oder mehrerer zu einer neuen Einheit, die nach den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen zusammengestellt oder wieder gelöst werden kann. Bei den mechanischen Wahlkarteien werden die Karten nach ihren individuellen Wahlmerkmalen durch die mechanischen Wähler erfaßt und aus dem gesamten Kartenstapel aussortiert. Jede Karte stellt also wahltechnisch eine Individualität dar.
