Description
Die Erzeugung eines Überzuges, z. B. einer Farbschicht ο. dgl., auf fortlaufend bewegten Bahnen bzw. plattenförmigen Werkstücken mittels quer zur Vorschubrichtung der Platten über diese bewegter Düsen ist bekannt. Besondere Mittel zur Erzielung· einer hohen Gleichmäßigkeit des Überzuges fehlen aber bei diesen Vorrichtungen, zumal in den Fällen, wo Schablonierarbeit an einer Werkstoffbahn mit nur felderweise die Fläche überdeckendem. Überzug erfolgen soll. Wenn man bei einer bekannten Maschine dieser Art die Auftragdüsen über dem Werkstück, während dasselbe längs fortschreitet, eine gestreckte achtförmige Schleifenkurve in Querrichtung beschreiben läßt, so konnte auch hiermit eine befriedigende Gleichmäßigkeit der Schichtdicke, zumal bei zäher Beschaffenheit des Auftragstoffes, nicht erreicht werden, weil wegen der Überlappung der so erzeugten Auftragsstreifen starke Ungleichmäßigkeiten auftreten. Überdies ist bei dieser bekannten Arbeitsweise wegen der Umkehrbewegung, die jeweils am Ende eines Hinundherganges der Auftragdüse erfolgt, die Anwendung einer relativ hohen Geschwindigkeit nicht möglich..
