Abstract
The vehicle has guide rails (18) for the side windows (12). The rails are pivoted and may be locked in a closed position. They are actuated and locked via a lever transmission (24), e.g. a toggle lever arrangement. The side window may be locked in positions between max. opening and closed position. In intermediate positions, it is locked by positive engagement of the window on a retainer profile. This consists of an elastic material, e.g. rubber.
