Description

Das Patent 408 015 betrifft einen mit Stoff zu überziehenden Knopf, der aus einem Unterteil mit Ringwulst und einem kappenartigen Oberteil besteht. Der kappenartige Oberteil ist aus leicht federndem Material hergestellt und besitzt am Umfang einen scharf umgebogenen gezackten Rand. Der Gesamtdurchmesser der Kappe ist so gewählt, daß sie zusammen mit einem Stoffbezug mit Spielraum in den Ringwulst des Unterteiles eingesetzt werden kann, wobei die Zungen durch den Druck auf die Kappe auseinandergespreizt werden und mit ihren gezackten Kanten den Stoff im Ringwulst des Unterteiles festklemmen. Die in den Ringwulst einzupressende Lagerkappe ist kalottenförmig ausgebildet, und der Stoffteil bedeckt die konvexe Seite der Lagerkappe. Bei der Massenherstellung solcher Knöpfe hat es sich nun gezeigt, daß der 'Stoffbelag beim Einpressen der Lagerkappe in den Ringwulst an der konvexen Seite der Lagerkappe nicht immer fest angeschmiegt liegenbleibt.
