Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf metallene Wulstleisten für Zwischenhauben von Kraftfahrzeugen, die sich an der Stelle befinden, an der die Zwischenhaube mit der Motorhaube zusammenstößt, und die zur architektonischen Gliederung des Vorderteiles des Kraftwagens dienen. Zur Befestigung derartiger Wulstleisten wurden bisher Bolzen, Schrauben oder Niete verwendet. Diese Art der Befestigung hat den Nachteil, daß durch die Erschütterungen des Wagens die Befestigungsmittel locker werden und die Wulstleiste dann während der Fahrt hin und her schwingt, wodurch unangenehme Geräusche hervorgerufen werden. Bei manchen Kraftwagen bildet außerdem die Zwischenhaube selbst die obere Abdeckung des Brennstoffbehälters.
