Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Formen von Butter, bei der an einem endlosen, über Räder geführten und von einer Welle antreibbaren, offenen Kettentrieb mit übereinanderliegenden Kettensträngen hintereinanderliegend Butterformen, angebracht sind, von denen beim Betrieb jede bei aufrecht stehender Lage auf dem oberen Kettenstrang von Hand mit Butter gefüllt, zwecks Ab-Streichens überschüssiger Butter unter einem Abstreicher vorbeigeführt, beim Übergang auf den unteren Kettenstrang gekippt und sodann jedes geformte Butterstück aus seiner Form gelöst und auf Unterlagen zum Einwickeln fallengelassen wird. Sie besteht darin, daß in der Butterform ein als Preßkolben dienendes, mit einem Schaft den Boden der Butterform durchdringendes und in diesem begrenzt bewegbares Gewicht angeordnet ist, das einen durch den Boden der Form geführten Haken hat, der beim Übergang der Form zum unteren Kettenstrang sich auf eine ,am Gestell der Vorrichtung befestigte Schiene hängt und das Gewicht erst nach vollständigem Kippen der Form beim Abrutschen von der Schiene zwecks Ausstoßung der geformten Butter freigibt. Für die Ablösung ausgestoßener Butter von der Fläche des Preßkolbens ist weiter erfindungsgemäß ein vor dem freien Boden des Preßkolbens liegender Preßteller mit einem durch den Schaft des Preßkolbens geführten und aus diesem vorstehenden Schaft angeordnet, dessen freies Ende beim Betrieb gegen einen Anschlag geführt wird und hierdurch den Preßteller von der Fläche des in seiner unteren Ruhelage angelangten Preßkolbens unter Abdrücken der an diesem haftenden Butter abhebt.
