Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung hochwertiger Cellulose für die Weiterverarbeitung auf Celluloseester, Kunstseide u. dgl. aus Holzzellstoff Bei weiteren Versuchen zur Behandlung von Zellstoff gemäß Patent 537 846 hat es sich gezeigt, daß eine Erniedrigung der Temperatur während der Behandlungsdauer auf io bis 12° C oder niedriger von besonderem Vorteil ist. Es besteht danach die Möglichkeit, mit geringerer Laugenkonzentration zu arbeiten und trotzdem den gleichen Effekt zu erzielen; außerdem ist es auf diese Weise möglich, den Behandlungsprozeß in merklich kürzerer Zeit vor sich, gehen zu lassen. Man kann beispielsweise wie folgt verfahren: i oo kg vorgebleichter Zellstoff werden nach Verdrängung der Bleichlauge (durch gekühltes Wasser) mit einem auf io° C gekühlten Gemisch aus i5ookg io%iger Natronlauge und Zoo 1 Chlorkalklösung (mit etwa 25g wirksamem Chlor im Liter) etwa 3 Stunden unter gutem Durchmischen behandelt. Im Änschluß daran wird die Alkalilauge mit frischer gekühlter Lauge (der evtl. ebenfalls noch -etwas Chlorkalklösung zugesetzt sein kann) verdrängt, worauf mit Wasser gewaschen, abgesäuert und wieder gewaschen wird.U process for the production of high quality cellulose for further processing on Celluloseester, rayon.
