In beiliegender Zeichnung ist die Blase der Colonne, die nach dieser Erfindung construirt ist, im Verticalschnitt dargestellt. Der obere Theil der Colonne mit den Kühlvorrichtungen u. s. w. ist weggelassen, da sie sich von den sonst üblichen in keiner Weise unterscheidet.' Durch die Zwischenwand C ist die Blase in die zwei Abtheilungen A und B getrennt. D ist der untere Theil der Colonne. E ist das Einlaufrohr für die rohe Säure; F ist ein Rohr, durch welches die in der Colonne rectificirte Flüssigkeit abfliefst. G ist ein kleiner Probehahn; H ist ein Dreiweghahn, welcher gestattet, das durch das Rohr .Ffliefsende Product entweder zurück nach Abtheilung A zu führen, und zwar durch das Rohr /,oder aber in die Abtheilung B durch das Rohr J. Das Rohr J wird von einem unten geschlossenen, oben offenen Rohr K umgeben. L ist der Helm der Blase; A1 und B1 sind Wasserstandsgläser zum Anzeigen, wieviel Flüssigkeit jede Abtheilung enthält.
