Description
Einspritzdüse für Verbrennungskraftmaschinen
Dieser Nachteil wird nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, daß die Düsennadel ohne Verwendung einer festen Führung lediglich an der Membran selbst gelagert ist, und zwar wird diese Lagerung in der Weise gelenkig ausgebildet, daß sich die Nadel nach Art eines freien Pendels allseitig bewegen kann. Auf diese Weise werden die Beanspruchungen der Membran auf ein Mindestmaß verringert. Eine unerwünschte Verstellung der Nadel wird der weiteren Erfindung gemäß durch eine - bewegliche Führung begrenzt, die die Düsennadel nur mit geringem Spiel umgibt und sich mit dieser seitlich verschieben kann, wobei die Möglichkeit der Verschiebung durch eine Feder gedämpft wird.This disadvantage is avoided according to the invention in that the nozzle needle is only mounted on the membrane itself without the use of a fixed guide, and this mounting is articulated in such a way that the needle can move in all directions like a free pendulum. Die Düsennadel 6 ist an ihrem oberen Ende halbkugelig abgerundet und wird durch einem Stift 7 in einer Pfanne des Stutzens 5 gehalten. Die Bohrung für den Stift 7 ist etwas ballig ausge, bildet, damit eine allseitige Pendelbewegung möglich ist. Das untere Endei der Düsennadel ist ebenfalls halbkugelig und dichtet in der konisch ausgebildeten öffnung des Düsenplättchens B. Der Anpressungsdruck wird durch eine oberhalb der Membran angeordnete Feder 9 erzeugt und von dem Stutzen 5 auf die Nadel 6 ühertragen. Der Düsenkörper i enthält die, Brennstoffleitung io, die über ringförmige Kanäle i i, 12 und Bohrungen. 13 der Membran q. sowie Leitungen 15 mit dem Düsenvorraum 16 in Verbindung steht.` Bei einem Anstieg des Brennstoffdrukkes weicht die; Membran q. nach oben aus und hebt dadurch die Nadel 6 von dem Düsenplättchen ab, so daß der Einspritzvorgang beginnt. Beim Nachlassem des Brennstoffdruckes kann sieh die Nadel- -infolge ihrer pendelndem Aufhängung selbsttätig in. der Bohrung des Düsenplä.ttchezs zentrieren. Damit beim Anliebean unnötige Pendelbewegungen verhindeirt werden, ist das untere Ende der Nadel in der Hülse 17 geführt, deren seitliche Vexschiebbarkeit durch den von einer Feder 18 erzeugten Reibungswiderstand gedämpft ist; die hierzu nötige Federspannung wird durch Versuche ermittelt.
