Description

Vorrichtung zum Behandeln von feststehenden, auf gelochten Hülsen hergestellten Kunstseide-Kreuzspulen mit Wasch-, Bleich- oder Farbflotte Auf :gelochten Hülsen hergestellte Kreuzspulen zum Zeacke des Färbens übereinanderzuschichten und den Wickelkörptar durch dazwischengelegte, sich über die gelochten Hülsen schiebende flache Ringe zu verdichten, ist an sich im allgemeinen bekannt. Bekannt ist es ferner, Kunstseidespulen zum Zwecke des Waschens, Bleichens und Färbens axial übereinanderzuschichten und zwischen je zwei Spulenkörpern einen flachen Kautschukring anzuordnen. Demgegenüber unterscheidet sich die Vorrichtung .gemäß der Erfindung dadurch, daß die Ringe nicht Bach, sondern konvex oder konkav gestaltet sind, so daß der Wickelkörper nur in. seinen inneren oder nur in seinen äußeren oder in beiden Schichten in axialer Richtung stärker verdichtet wird als in den anderen Schichten. Um aber bei :diesem Zusammenpressen der Übereinandergeschichteten Wickelkörper besonders im Hinblick auf die leichte Gleitbarken der Kunstseide ein Herausquellen der Wicklung zu verhindern, wird der Erfindung gemäß jeder Wickelkörper von einem aus festem Baustoff bestehenden Stab- oder Netzkorb umgeben. Der Korb kann mit je einem der Dichtungsringe fest verbunden sein und gleichzeitig als Anschlag für den benachbarten Ring dienen, um eine gleichmäßige Verdichtung aller übereinandergeschichteten Kreuzspulen herbeizuführen.Device for the treatment of fixed rayon cheeses made on perforated tubes with washing, bleaching or dye liquor.
