In der Bürstenfabrikation war es bisher mit Schwierigkeiten verbunden, die Borstenfläche der Bürste in beliebig gekrümmte Gestalt zu bringen; es war ferner nicht ohne Weiteres möglich, die Bürstenfläche in ihrer Schmalabmessung gewölbt zu gestalten und gleichzeitig in der Längsrichtung der Bürste die Borstenfläche nach innen oder aufsen gewölbt zu formen. Um auch eine solche in Richtung der Länge der Bürste beliebig und gleichmäfsig zu erreichen, dient eine Vorrichtung N (s.
