Description

Process for the production of a volume-stable, raw material-free Fine lime. In the production of volume-stable, raw material-free fine lime it is known to filter the dry slaked lime through fine lime and grits disassemble. The fine lime obtained in this way is free from unfired or overburnt Lime. The grits are then either after moistening or after special heating subjected to a grinding process, whereupon another separation into fine flour and semolina is done.

The purpose of the invention is now to prevent any grinding of the lime particles exclude and create a process in which only by heat and sifting the fine lime is completely obtained from the starting material. The new procedure works as follows: the lime is slaked dry and then over one or more Elevators are fed to sifting machines, through which the not yet cleared semolina be separated from the already finished fine flour. The former almost exist exclusively from overburnt and Hungarian burnt lime, while the latter is already available as a finished product. The semolina is now on mechanical Paths fed to a silo, in which they are treated with water, and arrive after this treatment - immediately in moist form in a drying drum to there by heat treatment without the aid of grinding machines in such a way as to disintegrate to be brought so that everything, except for the Hungarian admixtures, turns into fine flour, thus becomes a finished product. Fine flour and Ungares are then made in a familiar manner separated by means of separating machines. The Hungarian material can be put back into the oven go while the finished product with the one already from the one at the first classifier resulting finished product is led to the warehouse.

The method according to the invention allows an absolutely volume-stable, To produce raw material-free lime and completely by switching off every grinding machine -2to -provide significant economic benefits.
