Description

Kreiselverdichter mit Vorrichtung zur Naßreinigung der Luft bei ihrem Durchgang. Es ist bekannt, staubhaltige Luft bei ihrem Durchgang durch ein- oder mehrstufige Kreiselverdichter, auch Ventilatoren, Exhaustoren, Turbogebläse genannt, durch Zusatz von Wasser vom anhaftenden Staub zu reinigen. Dabei sammelt sich ein erheblicher Teil des eingespritzten Wassers oder der sonst verwendeten Flüssigkeit sehr schnell auf den Schaufelflächen und wird infolgedessen nur ungenügend für die Reinigung herangezogen. Es ist deshalb bereits der Versuch gemacht, durch Einbau ruhender oder gegenläufiger Schlagstäbe das Wasser erneut zu zerstäuben und dem Luftstrom wieder zuzuführen, um eine bessere Wirkung und Ausnutzung des' Wassers zu erzielen. Diese Vorrichtungen weisen den Nachteil großen Kraftbedarfs und großen- Verschleißes auf. -Die vorliegende Erfindung erreicht den Zweck in einfacher Weise dadurch, daß die Schaufeln unterteilt und entgegen dem Sinne der Drehrichtung des Flügelrades kaskadenförmig versetzt werden. Es wird dadurch ein Abgleiten des bereits auf einem Schaufelflächenteil gesammelten Wassers am Ende dieses Stückes erreicht, welches somit erneut dem Luftstrom beigemischt wird. -Auf der Zeichnung ist schematisch ein Beispiel für die praktische Durchführung der Erfindung dargestellt. Man erkennt auf der linken Seite eines Gebläserades a die übliche alte Form der Flügel/, welche bekanntlich ganz geschlossen ist. Auf der rechten Seite dagegen ist der Flügel mehrfach unterteilt, so daß die kaskadenförmig abgesetzten Teile _ f', f" und f ` entstehen. Es ist ohne weiteres klar, daß zwischen diesen Teilen das auf den Schaufelflächen sich ansammelnde Wasser immer wieder dem Luftstrom beigemischt wird.Centrifugal compressor with a device for wet cleaning of the air as it passes through.
