Description

Nach Ausheben der Pflanzgrube lege man entsprechend der Größe bzw. des Wasserbedarfs der Pflanze einen Naturschwamm bzw. ein anderes verrottbares, wasserspeicherndes Material in den Wurzelbereich. Nach der Pflanzung wird der Pflanzscheibenbereich ausgiebig ge­ wässert.
So entsteht im Wurzelbereich des Gehölzes ein Wasserspeicher, der ein nahezu 100%iges Anwuchsergebnis gewährleistet und bei längerer Trockenheit einige Gießvorgänge einspart.

Claims (2)

1. Wasserspeicher für Gehölze bei Trockenheit, dadurch gekenn­ zeichnet, daß dieser aus Naturschwamm oder anderem verrott­ barem, wasserspeichernden Material besteht und in der Pflanz­ grube unter dem Wurzelballen deponierbar ist.
2. Wasserspeicher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er am Verwendungsort der Größe des Gehölzes anpaßbar ist.
