Description
Process for the production of imitation noble hides (sable, mink, marten and the like) made of rabbit fur. So far rabbit and other skins have only been sheared smooth. This shear results in a coat of very even hair length, which in the processed item is without heels. The noble skin on the other hand (sable, Mink, marten and the like) stand out in the processed piece of fur, fur by fur starting with the fact that the natural (unsheared) skins have the longest hair on their backs and to the sides to the shorter hair length because of the shorter.
Pelzwerk; bei beiden Veredelungsverfahren fehlt im fertigen Pelzwerk die sogenannte »Grotzenwirküng<c.In the refinement of low-quality fur skins, only the refinement of lambskins into Persian and broad- tailed imitations was previously known, furthermore the shearing of Balkan lamb skins or skins of a similar stringy wool texture and color, in which the hair is shorn down to the undercoat. These processes only achieve smooth skins and no separation of the individual skins from the other in the finished product. Fur; In both refinement processes, the so-called "grunt effect" c is missing in the finished fur.
According to the invention, according to the new method, the shearing takes place in such a way that that the inferior one cut into strips the width of the small leather skin Fur, especially rabbit fur, round in the direction of the hairline at right angles to the fur strip sheared, d. H. is sheared so that the fur hairs like a bow be kept longer on the back and decreasingly shorter towards the flanks, whereby the impression of a noble skin is achieved. Depending on the color, the sheared Fell is an imitation of sable, mink, marten and the like. The color marks As with natural fur, it is stronger and weaker in long hair the flanks, on which the dense undercoat as a result of the deeper sloping shear emerges, which takes on the color lighter. According to the new procedure, there will be no special Groot color highest groan effect and the full impression of the small noble skin achieved.
