Description

Dampflokomotive mit Kondensator. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Dampflokomotiven mit einem unterhalb des Kessels liegenden, quer zur Längsrichtung der Lokomotive angeordneten Kondensator und bezweckt, eine Anordnung dieser Art zu schaffen, die die Verwendung eines Kondensators von erheblichen Abmessungen gestattet. Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Abb. i eine teilweise im Schnitt gehaltene Seitenansicht eines Teiles der Lokomotive und Abb. 2 einen Schnitt nach 2-2 der Abb. i, von rechts zesehen. Auf dem Untergestell A der Lokomotive ist mittels Böcken a1 ein im wesentlichen zylindrischer Kondensator B gelagert, dessen Längsachse quer zur Längsrichtung der Lokomotive verläuft. Der Kondensator B besitzt einen Durchmesser, der größer ist als der Abstand zwischen dem Lokomotivrahmen A und der Unterkante des Lokomotivkessels C. Außerdem ist am Kondensator B in an sich bekannter Weise eine dem Lokomotivkessel C zugekehrte Einbuchtung b1 vorgesehen, in die der Kessel C eingreift. Beiderseits der Einbuchtung .b1 münden die den Abdampf der Lokomotivmaschinen zu dem Kondensator C führenden Dampfeinlaßstutzen b2 in den oberen Teil des Kondensators. An der tiefsten Stelle des Kondensators ist ein Abflußrohr b3 für das Kondensat vorgesehen. Die in Richtung der Längsachse des Kondensators verlaufenden Kondensatorrohre b1 sind nur in dem unterhalb der Ausbuchtung b1 liegenden Raum des Kondensators angeordnet, so daß der Raum beiderseits der Ausbuchtung, in den die Dampfeinlaßstutzen b2 münden, von Kondensatorrohren frei bleibt.Steam locomotive with a condenser. Dampflokomotive mit einem unterhalb des Kessels liegenden, quer zur Längsrichtung der Lokomotive angeordneten Kondensator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen zylindrische Kondensator (B) einen Durchmesser besitzt, der größer ist als der Abstand zwischen dem Lokomotivrahmen (A) und der Unterkante des Lokomotivkessels (C), und daß der Kondensator in an sich bekannter Weise mit einer Einbuchtung (b1) versehen ist, in die der Lokomotivkessel eingreift. a. Dampflokomotive nach Anspruch i, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfeinlaßstutzen (b2) in den oberen Teil des Kondensators (B) beiderseits der Einbuchtung (b1) münden. PATENT CLAIMS: i.
