Description
Claims (25)
- a) Herstellen eines porösen Trägerkörpers aus Koh lenstoff oder aus kohlenstoffhaltigem Material, das karbonisiert oder graphitiert ist,
- b) Belegen des Trägerkörpers mit Silicium in Form von Siliciumformkörpern, insbesondere in Form von Siliciumscheiben,
- c) Einbringen des porösen Trägerkörpers mit dem dar auf befindlichen Silicium in ein Gefäß mit Sili cium und Aufheizen der Anordnung auf eine Tempe ratur zwischen 1300°C und 1600°C in einer eine Oxydation verhindernden Atmosphäre oder im Va kuum, sodaß die Siliciumschmelze im Gefäß in dem porösen Material aufsteigt und dabei an der Grenzfläche zwischen dem porösen Material und der Schmelze eine Siliciumkarbidschicht erzeugt wird und sich der Belag aus Silicium durch Aufschmel zen oder Aufsintern bei einer Hochtempera turbehandlung mit dem Trägerkörper verbindet, und
- d) Abkühlen des Trägerkörpers mit darauf befindli chem Belag aus Silicium und gewünschtenfalls Nacharbeiten des Belags zur Bildung einer reflek tierenden Oberfläche.
