Die vorliegende Erfindung unterscheidet sich hiervon dadurch, daß in der Befestigungslasche des einen Bügels ein zum Durchstecken der entsprechenden Lasche des anderen Bügels dienender, durch eine Zunge verschließbarer Schlitz angeordnet ist, während die anderen Laschen der beiden Bügel sich an den Abzweigsteilen von den Gelenkpfannen seitlich kreuzen.
