Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for minimally invasive treatment of the benign Prostate hyperplasia.
The glandular benign plants, which take up space in the area of the urethra, contain mucous secretions, which challenge suction. Compared to the surgical prostate adenomectomy that has been carried out for decades, the most frequently used method of transurethral resection is considered to be relatively gentle, although part of the urethral mucosa must be sacrificed. The invention is based, percutaneously space-reducing enucleations or ade nomectomies at the same time with supportive operative measures at the benign prostate hyperplasia.
This task is performed in a generic device by the characterizing Features of claim 1 solved.
The further embodiment of the invention is the dependent claims, the drawing and see their description.
The advantages achieved by the invention are in particular that for Prostate adenomectomy or enucleation percutaneously with an elongated one too troikart-like instrument and suction is mainly operated from the perineum and that sensitive urethral tissue remains intact. The main goal is space reduction of the enlarged prostate with effective relief of adenomas constricted urethra, whereby, as is well known, severe urine backflow sometimes causes Damage to the organism such as uremia result. For the enucleation the ver Larger prostate should be fixed in all directions in the pelvic tissue, which can also be done by temporarily filling the bladder. One Such purpose can also be associated with pressure on the prostate in the mast serve pre-shaped, expandable balloon inserted in the bowel. Because of the engagement Operational enucleating measures are made from several of the instruments mentioned at the same time promoted in benign prostate diseases.
At least twenty slime-forming prostate glands open into the prostate pars also sensitive to trauma urethra and also by intermittent suction by means of the urethral suction catheter, excess secretions of the are sucked out of the enlarged prostate in a space-saving manner. That remains After gently inserting the catheter into the bladder, the urethral mucus skin intact.
The laser energy in the body is also characterized by hemostasis. But also balloon compression of the rectum will have such a required effect with the prevention of hematomas.
With partial ring-shaped hollow instruments, the enucleation can also be done in a short way like prostate adenomectomies over the rectum with a puncture into the rectal mucosa be made.

Fig. 1 is a single-lumen catheter 2 for intraluminally limited lateral suction effects on conduits such as the urethra, corresponding to the segmental arrangement of the openings 9 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the catheter 1 , while the single-lumen catheter has to be closed at the front for the suction effect, at the back Catheter 2 is the controllable vacuum pump P (-). The same catheter can also be operated intraluminally with a side effect in the event of overpressure with fluid as a shower, in which case an overpressure pump such as a wing pump is required. The suction and pressure effects can also be conveyed intermittently as impulses.
Fig. 3 is a two-lumen catheter also with lateral jacket openings 9 for mucus suction from periurethral prostate glands and the front annular closure 11 of the catheter 2 , in order to be able to produce in the resulting cylindrical ring negative pressure for suction and possibly also positive pressure for disease treatments with shower action. Urinary diversion is also possible with this two-lumen catheter, as is temporary urinary bladder filling.
