Claims (49)
daß a) Zylinder (2) bzw. Tuben (2) verschiedener Art, die auf kürzestem oder geeignetem Wege im Körper des Patienten gegen das pathologisch-anatomische Substrat einer georteten Erkrankung vorgeschoben und im Körpergewebe justiert werden,
daß b) ein am nach vorn verlängerten Handgriff (5) befindliches von einem Motor (4) angetriebenes oder anderweitig mechanische Impulse erhaltendes Messer (1) vorhanden ist,
daß Beleuchtungskörper (24) wie Kaltleuchten verschiedener Größe und Form für die direkte oder indirekte Beleuchtung des Operationsfeldes zur differenzierten optischen Beurteilung des zu beseitigenden Krankheitsherdes vorhanden sind.1.
