Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen zweischichtigen Vliesstoff, bei welchem auf einem Spinnvlies (spun-bonded Vlies) oder einem Vliesstoff ein gekrempeltes Kurzfasergelege (Stapelfaser­ vlies) angeordnet ist und das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff mit dem Kurzfasergelege durch Vernadeln verbunden ist.
In Ausgestaltung kann das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff ganz oder teilweise aus Bikokomponenten-Endlos-Filamenten bestehen.
Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zum Herstellen des zweischichtigen Vliesstoffes, bei welchem erfindungsgemäß auf einem Spinnvlies (spun-bonded Vlies) oder einem Vlies­ stoff ein gekrempeltes Kurzfasergelege (Stapelfaservlies) angeordnet wird und das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff anschließend mit dem Kurzfasergelege vernadelt wird.
Unter Spinnvlies wird ein (textiles) Flächengebilde aus Filamenten verstanden, das aus Polymeren - gegebenenfalls nach einem in die Faserherstellung integrierten Verfahren - hergestellt wird. Dazu können alle Polymere, die sich nach dem Schmelz- oder Trockenspinnverfahren verarbeiten lassen, wie z. B. Polyamide, Polyester und Polyolefine, wie Poly­ äthylen, Polypropylen, eingesetzt werden. Spinnvliese können auch nach einem Naßspinnverfahren hergestellt werden. Die verfestigten Spinnvliese werden Spinnvlies­ stoffe genannt. Zur weiteren Beschreibung von Spinnvliesen und Spinnvliesstoffen, die dem Fachmann an sich bekannt sind, wird beispielsweise auf das Buch "Vliesstoffe" herausgegeben von Joachim Lünenschloß und Wilhelm Albrecht; Georg Thieme-Verlag Stuttgart - New York, 1982; Seiten 106 ff verwiesen.
Das erfindungsgemäße Zweischichtgebilde ist ein Produkt mit hervorragenden Eigenschaften, das für die unterschied­ lichsten Verwendungszwecke bestens geeignet ist. So kann der zweischichtige Vliesstoff mit Vorteil beispielsweise als Filtertuch eingesetzt werden.
Ein für die Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen zwei­ schichtigen Vliesstoffes besonders geeigneter Vliesstoff ist unter dem Namen Colback® der Firma Akzo-Enka bekannt, das aus Kern-Mantel-Bikomponenten-Endlosfilamenten besteht mit einem Kern aus Polyester und einem Mantel aus Polyamid 6.

Claims (3)

1. Zweischichtiger Vliesstoff, bei welchem auf einem Spinnvlies (spun-bonded Vlies) oder einem Vliesstoff ein gekrempeltes Kurzfasergelege (Stapelfaservlies) ange­ ordnet ist und das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff mit dem Kurzfasergelege durch Vernadeln verbunden ist.
2. Zweischichtiger Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff ganz oder teilweise aus Bikokomponenten-Endlos-Fila­ menten besteht.
3. Verfahren zum Herstellen des zweischichtigen Vlies­ stoffes nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf einem Spinnvlies (spun-bonded Vlies) oder einem Vliesstoff ein gekrempeltes Kurzfasergelege (Stapel­ faservlies) angeordnet wird und das Spinnvlies bzw. der Vliesstoff anschließend mit dem Kurzfasergelege ver­ nadelt wird.
