Abstract

Inside the clean chamber (2) are located only the requisite operating equipments, fitted in cabinets or desks (3,4) fitted on both sides of the chamber walling (1a, 2a). The cabinets or desks have fronts (3a, 4a) which can be folded upwards to open and are partly glazed. In the floor-side areas of the fold-up fronts are arranged doors and blinds (5) for sucking away the output air from the clean chamber. At least the floor (2b) of the clean chamber is provided with an easily cleaned special coating (6). A free view from the clean chamber into the spray cabin inner area (1b) is provided by the incorporation of large window surfaces (7) on the operating side (1a). The ceiling (2c) of the clean chamber (2) is self-supporting and absolutely dust-tight with surface installation of air filters (8) and lighting (9). USE/ADVANTAGE - A completely new concept for automobile paint line operation, whereby the whole operating side of the line is hermetically enclosed.

Description

Aus der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Querschnittsdarstellung einer Lackierstraße ist ersichtlich, daß sich auf dem gesamten Bereich der Bedienungsseite 1a der eigent lichen Spritzkabine 1 ein Bedienungsraum 2 anschließt, wobei dieser gemäß der Erfindung als hermetisch abge schlossener sowie vorzugsweise über entsprechende Per sonalschleusen betretbarer Reinraum 2 ausgebildet ist und innerhalb dieses Reinraumes 2 nur die zur unmit telbaren Anlagenbedienung erforderlichen Installations einrichtungen liegen, wobei letztere zudem in schrank- bzw. pultartigen Vorbauten 3, 4 untergebracht sind. Schmutzfänger auf. Claims
