Das Regelelement 17 kann eine oder mehrere (aktive) elektronische Komponenten umfassen. wobei eine oder mehrere Öffnungen (11) in der keramischen Platte (7) vorgesehen ist, bzw. sind, in denen leitendes Material für eine oder mehrere Verbindungen (12) zu der jeweils anderen Seite der Platte (7) angebracht ist, wobei auf der anderen Seite Regelelemente (17) an die Widerstandsbahnen (6) angeschlossen werden können.
