The apparatus described below is intended to be used to store stamps and postcards in the Amounts to 5 and 10 pfennigs automatically to administer to the audience. The wooden channel ABCD, which is intended for inserting money, has the same width from A to C and is conical from C to D. When the battery is idle, the battery 'B. ² through the relay via 'f ¹ e to the electromagnet JE ¹ ' and from there to the battery B ² back. The same then goes through the electromagnet of the relay and returns to battery B ¹ via the nickel coin. The establishment of the conductive connection between e ² and e ³ has the following effect: The current of the battery JS ¹ inufs flow through the electromagnet E ³ , from here to the platinum sheet e ³ , through the coin to e ² and then back to the battery. The electromagnet E ³ pulls the lever mn o , whereby the lever Ci ¹ J moves in the direction of the arrow , causing the disks MR, the drum G and the rollers TT ^{1 to} rotate. At the same time as this current loop, the magnet E of the relay has become de-energized, the relay lever therefore returns to the rest position and the current of the battery B ² circulates again as in the idle state of the device, the electromagnets E ² are thereby de-energized and the coin falls into one placed container.

. The postage stamps combined into a long band are wound onto the drum G and the front end of the same is clamped between the rubber rollers TT ^1. The disk M is provided with eight small, equally spaced pins h and behind each pin h is a small recess I , in which the spring η ² engages.

If, by throwing a nickel coin into the apparatus, the flow is set in action in the manner described above and the lever mn o is thereby attracted by the electromagnet E ³ , the lever a ¹ pushes the disk M with the help of one of the pins h by Y _{8 of} its circumference from left to right, at the same time this causes G and R in Y ₈ and R the rollers T and T ¹ to rotate one full revolution, and the required postage appears in the slot P of the apparatus. At the same time, the spring n ² engages in a recess I in the disk M to prevent it from snapping back. ·

If the electromagnet E ³ is now de-energized, which occurs immediately after the token has been issued, and thus the lever mn o is released, the lever α ¹ is attracted by the spring b ^l in the direction of the half N- and it slides over the next post on the left h. The cards are placed in a box A , the sloping bottom B of which is covered with a metal strip b . A wedge-shaped metal lid C lies on top of the cards.
