Walzwerk zum Waschen von Rohgummi. Die Erfindung .bezieht sich auf ein Walzwerk zum Waschen von Rohgummi und besteht darin, daB das die Verunreinigungen enthaltende, von den Waschwalzen abfließende Wasser derart aus der Maschine abgeleitet wird, daB der gewaschene Rohgummi mit diesem Wasser nicht in Berührung kommen kann. Zu 'diesem Zweck schleifen auf den Walzen Schaber derart, daB das Mitnehmen des verunreinigten Wassers mit der Walze nach oben in den Walzenmund verhindert wird.Rolling mill for washing raw rubber. Der Rohgummi wird auf der Waschwalze unter Zuleitung von Wasser auf die Walzen wie gewöhnlich gewaschen. In mittlerer Höhe der vorderen und hinteren - Walze a und b sind ein oder mehrere Schaber e angebracht, welche aus zwei Leisten d und e bestehen, zwischen die ein (z. B. aus Gummi bestehender) Streifen f geklemmt ist. Dieser Gummistreifen schleift so auf der Walze, daß das in der üblichen Weise an den Walzen nach unten abfließende, verunreinigte Wasser von den Walzen nicht nach oben mitgenommen werden kann, vielmehr abgestreift wird und in die beiden Längsrinnen g, h und sodann durch die beiden Querrinnen i, k in den Abfluß gelangt.
