Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Zylinder für Pressen, Pumpen o. dgl., bei dem der vom Kolben erzeugte Druck nicht nur von innen, sondern auch von außen auf eine den Kolbeii abdichtende Buchse wirkt. Die Buchse wird beim Arbeiten des Kolbens nicht deformiert und hält infolgedessen auch bei Erzeugung sehr hoher Drücke die Abdichtung aufrecht.The invention relates to a cylinder for presses, pumps or the like. Man kann ganz auf die Manschetten verzichten, kann aber auch Metalimanschetten benutzen, die vor denen aus Leder den Vorteil größerer Beständigkeit haben. Bei der Wahl des Materials für die Buchse 2 braucht auf die Festigkeitseigenschaften keine so große Rücksicht genommen zu werden, wie dies sonst bei Hochdruckpumpen notwendig ist; vielmehr kann in erster Linie chemische Widerstandsfähigkeit und gute Bearbeitbarkeit bestimmend sein.An exemplary embodiment is shown in the drawing.
