Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Impfstoffen bzw. Immunseren mit Ausnahme eines solchen gegen Krebs. Zur Herstellung des in Betracht kommenden Impfstoffes bzw. der Immunseren soll nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren nicht, wie üblich, der Erreger oder dessen Giftstoff, sondern das das Wesen der Krankheit darstellende Reaktionsprodukt zwischen Erreger und Organismus verwendet werden, so daß die Immunisierung spezifisch gegen das Reaktionsprodukt gerichtet ist. Das wichtigste Beispiel für letzteres ist der bei den verschiedenen Krankheiten gebildete Eiter. Dieser enthält neben einer geringen Menge der Erreger hauptsächlich in ganz be- stimmter Weise veränderte Körperzellen und Sekrete.Process for the production of vaccines or immune sera, with the exception of those against cancer.
