Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mit einer Panzerplatte ver­ sehenes Bauteil zum Schutz gegen Geschosse, Sprengstoff­ explosionen u. dgl.
Panzerplatten finden fast ausschließlich im wehr­ technischen Bereich Verwendung.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Panzerplatte derart aus­ zugestalten, daß sie als Bauteil im zivilen Bereich verwendet werden kann.
Die Lösung der gestellten Aufgabe besteht bei einem Bauteil der eingangs genannten Art darin, daß die Panzerplatte auf ein leichtes Stützelement aufgebracht und auf ihrer Vorderseite mit einer Deckschicht versehen ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil kann zum Schutz von Personen und/oder Gegenständen auf Bahnhöfen und Flughäfen sowie in öffentlichen Gebäuden u. .dgl. verwendet werden, und zwar in der Weise, daß gefährdete Bereiche mit aus den erfindungsgemäßen Bauteilen gebildeten Mauern umgeben oder aus den Bauteilen Räumlichkeiten für den Aufenthalt von Personen, beispielsweise Aufsichts- oder Wachpersonen, gebildet werden.
In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung besteht die Panzerplatte aus einer Keramik-Verbundplatte, die auf ihrer Rückseite eine Tragschicht aus Kevlar, glasfaserverstärktem Kunst­ stoff o. dgl. aufweist. Eine derartige Panzerplatte hat eine besonders gute Schutzwirkung.
In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist das Stütz­ element aus einem leichten Werkstoff, wie Aluminium, Holz o. .dgl. oder - nach einem anderen Merkmal der Erfindung - aus einem mit Hohlräumen versehenen Gegen­ stand, wie gelochten Blechen, Hartschaumstoff o. .dgl. hergestellt. Dadurch erhält das Bauteil eine größere Wandstärke, ohne wesentliche Erhöhung ihres Gewichtes. Als Hartschaumstoff werden zweckmäßigerweise PUR-Schaum oder PVC-Hartschaum verwendet.
Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Stützelement durch eine Wabenkonstruktion gebildet, wobei die Seitenwände der einzelnen Waben etwa senkrecht zu der Keramik-Verbundplatte angeordnet sind. Ein derartiges Stützelement ist bei sehr geringem Gewicht außerordentlich biegesteif.
Damit das erfindungsgemäße Bauteil nicht als Panzer­ platte erkannt wird, ist die Außenfläche der Deckschicht mit einem Dessin versehen. Dieses Dessin kann eine Holzmaserung, ein Marmormotiv, eine Ziegelstruktur, ein Tapetenmuster o. dgl. sein. Es kann aber auch die Deckschicht aus einem Holzfurnier, aus Kacheln, aus Rigips o. dgl. bestehen.
Zur Erzielung einer hochfesten Verbindung zwischen den Bestandteilen der Panzerplatte des erfindungsgemäßen Bauteils ist die Keramik-Verbundplatte mit der Trag­ schicht mittels einer Gummischicht verbunden, wobei in Weiterbildung der Erfindung die Dicke der Gummischicht etwa 0,6 mm beträgt. Je nach Verwendung des erfindungsge­ mäßen Bauteils kann auch ein PU-Kleber verwendet werden.
Die Verbindung der Panzerplatte mit dem Stützelement kann mittels Schrauben erfolgen.
Um zu verhindern, daß Splitter durch das erfindungs­ gemäße Bauteil hindurchdringen, ist nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung auf der Rückseite des Stütz­ elementes eine Schutzmatte befestigt.
In der Zeichnung sind mehrere Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung dargestellt. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 einen Ausschnitt aus einem Bauteil in Vorder­ ansicht, wobei im linken Bereich die Deckschicht weggelassen ist;
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch den in Fig. 1 darge­ stellten Ausschnitt des Bauteils;
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt durch einen Ausschnitt eines anderen Bauteils;
Fig. 4 ein gewölbtes Bauteil in Draufsicht.
Das in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Bauteil weist als Panzerplatte eine Keramik-Verbundplatte 1 auf, die an ihrer Rückseite mit einer Tragschicht 2 versehen ist. Die aus der Keramik-Verbundplatte 1 und der Tragschicht 2 bestehende Panzerplatte ist auf ein Stützelement 3 aufgebracht. Die Vorderseite der Keramik-Verbundplatte 1 ist mit einer Deckschicht 4 versehen.
Bei dem in Fig. 3 dargestellten Bauteil ist die aus der Keramik-Verbundplatte 1 und der Tragschicht 2 bestehende Panzerplatte auf eine Wabenkonstruktion 5 aufgebracht, wobei die Seitenwände 6 der einzelnen Waben senkrecht zu der Panzerplatte angeordnet sind.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein gewölbtes Bauteil, bei dem das Stütz­ element als sogenannter Sandwichaufbau 7 ausgebildet ist, bestehend aus zwei Außenschichten 8 und einem Kern 9. In diesem Falle ist die aus der Keramik-Verbundplatte 1 und der Tragschicht 2 bestehende Panzerplatte mit dem durch den Sandwichaufbau 7 gebildeten Stützelement mittels Schrauben 10 verbunden. Auf die Rückseite des Sandwichaufbaus 7 ist zusätzlich eine Schutzmatte 11 angeordnet.

Claims (9)

1. Mit einer Panzerplatte versehenes Bauteil zum Schutz gegen Geschosse, Sprengstoffexplosionen u. .dgl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Panzerplatte auf ein leichtes Stützelement (3) aufgebracht und auf ihrer Vorderseite mit einer Deckschicht (4) versehen ist.
2. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Panzerplatte aus einer Keramik-Verbundplatte (1) besteht, die auf ihrer Rückseite eine Tragschicht (2) aus Kevlar, glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff o. dgl. aufweist.
3. Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich­ net, daß das Stützelement (3) aus einem leichten Werkstoff, wie Aluminium, Holz o. dgl., hergestellt ist.
4. Bauteil nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (3) aus einem mit Hohlräumen verse­ henen Gegenstand, wie gelochten Blechen, Hartschaum­ stoff o. dgl., hergestellt ist.
5. Bauteil nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützelement (3) durch eine Wabenkonstruktion (5) gebildet ist, wobei die Seitenwände (6) der einzelnen Waben etwa senkrecht zu der Keramik-Verbundplatte (1) angeordnet sind.
6. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenfläche der Deckschicht (4) mit einem Dessin versehen ist.
7. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keramik-Verbundplatte (1) mit der Tragschicht (2) mittels einer Gummischicht verbunden ist.
8. Bauteil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Gummischicht etwa 0,6 mm beträgt.
9. Bauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Rückseite des Stütz­ elementes (3) eine Schutzmatte (11) befestigt ist.
