Die Xadel unterscheidet sich an und für sich in keiner Weise von einer gewöhnlichen Sicherheitsnadel, Brosche o. dgl. und besteht aus einem Bügel 1 mit an diesem angelenkter Xadel 2. Auf die Xadel 2 wird ein Bügel 20 aufgeschoben, 'der die in Abb. 5 dargestellte Form besitzt und mit zwei Durchgangsöffnungen 21 für die Xadel 2 versehen ist. Beide Enden 22 des Bügels 20 sind, wie in Abb. 5 veranschaulicht, so umgebogen, daß sie, sobald der Bügel auf die Xadel aufgeschoben ist, sich federnd gegen dieselbe anlegen (s. Abb. ι bis 4). Mit diesem Bügel 20 kann entweder eine Sicherheitskette 10 oder ein Sicherheitsibügel 3 verbunden werden. Unter Umständen kann einer S.icherheitskette 10, ■lie dem Bügel 20 an einem Öhr hei 23 angeschlossen ist, noch eine Feder 11 eingefügt w erden. Das freie Ende der Kette trägt eine Öse 12, welche Lei aufgeschobenem Sicherheitsbügel 20 über die Xadel 2 geschoben wird. Natürlich muß zuvor -die Xadel in den Stoff des 1 etreff enden Kleidungsstückes eingesteckt sein. Die Xadel wird dann in der gewöhnlichen Weise verschlossen.
