Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Halsbinde, welche eine offene, federnde Klemme besitzt. A ist der Halstheil oder das Band der Cravatte von passender Länge und Form, welches um den Hals gelegt wird und die Schleifen a a' bildet. Auf der einen Schleife, z. B. α¹, ist die Klemme B derart befestigt, dafs sie auf derselben verschoben werden kann. Dieselbe ist mit Seide oder einem anderen passenden Ueberzug oder einer Verzierung b überkleidet und bildet den Kopf oder Knoten der Binde. Die Klemme ist in diesem Falle aus drei Stücken gebildet, nämlich dem Mittelstück d, der Klappe d^l und dem umgelegten Lappen d², welch letzterer mit dem Theil d ein Stück bildet und den Theil a^l der Binde aufnimmt, wie die Fig. 1 und 2 deutlich zeigen. Der Theil d¹ ist derart ausgeführt, dafs er zu öffnen ist (wie aus allen Figuren ersichtlich), so dafs der Theil a, nachdem er um den Hals des Trägers geschlungen worden, in die Klemme gelegt werden kann. Hierauf wird die Klappe^¹ geschlossen, wie in Fig. 2 durch punktirte Linien angedeutet ist, so dafs die Binde, ohne geknüpft oder durch eine Nadel oder ein anderes Mittel befestigt zu sein, zusammengehalten wird.
