Description
Zerteilvorrichtung für Trockentrommeln und Drehrohröfen zum Brennen von Zement o. dgl. Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, Drehrohröfen zum Brennen von Zement u. dgl. an der Ofenwandung im Bereich der Vorwärmungszone mit Vorsprüngen, Erhöhungen o. dgl. zu versehen, um neben anderen Vorteilen eine größere Heizfläche zu erzielen. Diese Vorsprünge wurden je-doch zugleich als Mitnehmer angeordnet, welche das Brenngut aufwärtsschiebend: an der Drehung des Ofens teilnehmen und.- dasselbe danach zurückfallen ließen. Dies verursachte ein beträchtliches Abstäuben, welches um so größer war, als das Gut zur Erzielung einer wirksamen Erhitzung möglichst fein verteilt war. Die größere Heizfläche wurde somit bei diesen bekannten Vorrichtungen auf Kosten einer guten Ausbeute des Ofens erreicht. Es sind auch bereits Trockentrommeln beschrieben worden, bei denen d'as Gut nicht hebende Zerteilvorrichtungen an der Ofeninnenwand angebracht sind. Hierbei ist jedoch die Heizfläche nur unerheblich vergrößert. Gegenstand; der Erfindung ist eine Zerteilvorrichtung, welche das Gut zerkleinert, ohne es zu heben und dabei eine erhebliche Heizflächenvergrößerung herbeiführt. Die Form der Vorsprünge ist eine solche, daß sie während der Drehung dies Ofens das Gut nur durchschneiden oder durchdringen; sie werden zweckmäßig aus einem Wärme gut leitenden Stoff, z. B. Eisen, hergestellt. Sie können ferner irr der Weise geformt werden, d'aß sie dem Gute nur die Kante in der Drehrichtung darbieten, im übrigen aber größere Flächen besitzen, welche in der Weise angebracht sind, .daß sie das Gut nicht mitnehmen.
