Abstract

Holders for disposable syringes are used when the companies supply the medication in the barrel of the syringe. Each company has a different model and, after injection, the barrel and the holder are discarded. The invention is based on providing a holder for disposable syringes, which are supplied empty, i.e. without medication. The holder is not discarded and can be used as often as desired. It is adapted to the syringe barrels available on the market, so that the huge design costs no longer apply. The holder is constructed in such a way that savings are made to the extent of 50% in terms of syringe material and 30% in terms of packaging. Another important advantage lies in the fact that the holder can receive syringes of three different sizes in terms of diameter and volume. Der Vorteil dieser Methode liegt darin, dass keine neuen Formen für den Zylinder angefertigt werden müssen. Die Formkosten sind wegen der hohen Anzahl der Kavitäten in der Form sehr hoch. Für einen Satz Spritzenzylinder für 2, 5, 10 und 20 ml betragen sie um eine Million DM. Die hohen Formkosten könnten die Spritzenhersteller abhalten eine Injektionsspritze mit Halterung einzuführen, obwohl dabei 50% an Material für die Spritze und 30% an der Verpackung eingespart werden kann.
