Die Erfindung betrifft einen flexiblen Abstandhalter mit Dichtungsprofil zum Einsetzen in eine zur Aufnahme von flächigen Wandelementen, insbesondere Glasscheiben, ausgebildete Profilleiste, mit einem unteren Auflagerfuß und zwei im Abstand voneinander daran senkrecht nach oben verlaufenden Anlageschenkel.The invention relates to a flexible spacer with a sealing profile for insertion into a profile strip designed to accommodate flat wall elements, in particular glass panes, with a lower support foot and two support legs running vertically upwards at a distance from one another.
Die bekannten Abstandhalter dienen zur Halterung und Abdichtung des eingesetzten Wandelements in die Profilleiste. Zur Abdichtung besitzt der Abstandhalter obere flexible Elemente, die federnd am Wandelement anliegen. Eine Abdichtung zur Profilleiste erfolgt durch Reibungsschluß. Diese Abstandhalter sind jeweils für größenmäßig vorgegebene Zwischenräume zwischen den Wandelementen ausgebildet. Außerdem können nur geringfügige Stärkenveränderungen der Wandelemente ausgeglichen werden. Da es an einer ausreichenden Belüftung mangelt, ist eine Verwendung für Holzbauteile, z. B. Holzfensterrahmen, nur bedingt möglich.The well-known spacers are used to hold and seal the wall element inserted into the profile strip. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen flexiblen Abstandhalter der aufgezeigten Gattung so auszubilden, daß eine ausreichende Abdichtung und Belüftung sowie ein Anpassen an unterschiedliche Zwischenräume zwischen den Wandelementen und Stärkenveränderungen der Wandelemente garantiert ist.The invention is based on the object of designing a flexible spacer of the type shown in such a way that sufficient sealing and ventilation as well as adaptation to different gaps between the wall elements and changes in the thickness of the wall elements is guaranteed.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der untere Auflagerfuß zweigeteilt ausgebildet ist und die beiden Teile des Auflagerfußes durch ein Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück faltenförmigen Querschnitt aufweist. Bei einer bevorzugten Ausführung weist das Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück eine obere und zwei untere Umlenkungen auf. Das Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück kann an oder nahe der oberen Begrenzungen der Teile des Auflagerfußes angeschlossen sein. Vorteilhafterweise verlaufen im eingebauten Zustand die unteren Begrenzungen der beiden Teile des Auflagerfußes und die obere Begrenzung der oberen Abdichtung parallel zueinander und senkrecht zu den inneren Begrenzungen der Anlageschenkel. Nach einer weiteren Ausbildung der Erfindung weisen die Außenseiten der Anlageschenkel mindestens eine Aussparung und mindestens einen Anlagepunkt auf, wobei die Aussparung und der Anlagepunkt nebeneinanderliegend angeordnet sind. Vorteilhafterweise verläuft ein übergang zur Aussparung konvex gewölbt. Zur Verbesserung der Abdichtung kann am oberen Ende der Anlageschenkel eine auskragende und über die Profilleiste reichende Dichtungsnase sowie auf der der Dichtungsnase gegenüberliegenden Seite des oberen Endes der Anlageschenkel je eine nach innen weisende Klemmnase angeordnet sein.This object is achieved according to the invention in that the lower support foot is designed in two parts and the two parts of the support foot are connected to one another by a multi-area expansion piece, where the multi-area expansion piece has a fold-shaped cross-section. Der flexible Abstandhalter 14 ist in eine zur Aufnahme von flächigen Wandelementen/Glasscheiben 1 ausgebildete Profilleiste 9 eingesetzt. Der Abstandhalter 14 besitzt einen unteren Auflagerfuß 7, der zweigeteilt ausgebildet ist. Die beiden Teile des Auflagerfußes 7 sind durch ein im Querschnitt faltenförmiges Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück 6 miteinander verbunden. Dieses Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück 6 weist eine obere und zwei untere Umlenkungen auf. Wie Figur 2 zeigt, ist das Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstück 6 nahe der oberen Begrenzungen der beiden Teile des Auflagerfußes 7 angeschlossen. Durch die Ausbildung und Anordnung dieses Mehrbereichs-Dehnungsstücks 6 sind mehrere Lüftungskanäle 5 gebildet, die eine ausreichende Belüftung ermöglichen, die gerade bei Holzelementen erforderlich ist.The flexible spacer 14 is inserted into a profile strip 9 designed to accommodate flat wall elements/glass panes 1. Diese Anlageschenkel 8 besitzen je eine Aussparung 10 und je einen Anlagepunkt 11, die nebeneinander liegen. Der übergang zur Aussparung 10 ist konvex gewölbt. Am oberen Ende der Anlageschenkel 8 ist je eine auskragende und über die Profilleiste 9 reichende Dichtungsnase 12 und auf der der Dichtungsnase 12 gegenüberliegenden Seite je eine nach innen weisende Klemmnase 13 angeordnet, wobei die Klemmnasen 13 in Verlängerung der oberen Begrenzung der Anlageschenkel 8 verlaufen. Durch eine Eigenspannung berühren sich die beiden Enden der Klemmnasen 13 im nichteingebauten Zustand.
