Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlußkappe für Tuben mit einem Aufstechdorn.The invention relates to a closure cap for tubes with a piercing spike.
Bei den bekannten Verschlußkappen für Tuben, die einen Aufstechdorn aufweisen, ist der Aufstechdorn an der der Tubenschulter abgewandten Außenseite der Verschlußkappe einstückig zu dieser angeordnet. Zum Aufstechen der Verschlußmembran der Tube muß die Verschlußkappe von der Tube abgeschraubt und gedreht werden, um den Aufstechdorn an der Verschlußmembran anzusetzen. Steht der Tubeninhalt unter Druck, beispielsweise durch Quetschen der Tube, dann tritt beim Aufstechen ein Teil des Tubeninhalts unkontrolliert aus. Stets jedoch bleibt am Aufstechdorn eine gewisse Menge des Tubeninhalts haften, die dann beim Wiederverschließen der Tube exponiert ist.In the known closure caps for tubes that have a piercing spike, the piercing spike is arranged on the outside of the closure cap facing away from the tube shoulder and is in one piece with the closure cap. An die Tubenschulter 1 schließt sich ein Tubenhals 2 mit einem Außengewinde an. Der Tubenhals 2 ist oben durch eine Membran 11 verschlossen. Auf das Außengewinde ist mittels eines Innengewindes die Verschlußkappe 3 aufgeschraubt. Diese Verschlußkappe 3 weist mittig eine Bohrung 4 auf, welche oben bei einer ringförmigen, nach innen vorspringenden Lippe 5 endet. Daran schließt sich ein Bohrungsabschnitt 6 größeren Durchmessers an, durch den eine Schulter 7 gebildet wird.A tube neck 2 with an external thread is connected to the tube shoulder 1.
