Hintergrund und Stand der TechnikBackground and state of the art

Verschiedene kathetergeführte Methoden zur Gefäßrekanalisierung stehen heute zur Verfugung: Ballondilatation, Atherektomie, Stents, Laserkatheter, hydrodynamische Katheter. Ballondilatation und Atherektomie sind für weiches Gewebsmaterial weniger gut geeignet; Laserkatheter und hydrodynamische Verfahren sind zur intravasculären Entfernung von z.B.BIutgerinnseln besser geeignet, allerdings sind diese Instrumente komplex, wenig anwenderfreundlich und sehr teuer. (z.B.: HYDROLYSER, Possis Ine -CLOTBUSTER, Microvena Ine - SET CATHETER, Fitmedica Ine - TEC DEVICE, IVT Ine - EXCISER CATHETER, IVM Ine u.a.)Various catheter-guided methods for vascular recanalization are available today: balloon dilatation, atherectomy, stents, laser catheters, hydrodynamic catheters.
