1) Beschreibung der Erfindung1) Description of the invention
Teppichen, Holzparkett, Naturstein, Fliesen u.a. Bodenbelägen geeignet ist.The innovation concerns a three-layer sandwich element for a hollow floor, which is composed of both combustible and non-combustible layers or a combination of both, and is suitable for accommodating floor coverings, e.g. carpets, wooden parquet, natural stone, tiles and other floor coverings.
2) Stand der Technik2) State of the art
The well-known hollow floor cover panels are made from monolithic, non-combustible elements or from a two-layer structure made from the same materials using panels with tongue and groove or step-locking. These panels are placed on supports. The disadvantage of this type of floor production is that the same materials are used for the base layer and the cover layer, which results in poor sound insulation. When produced using two-layer elements, both the base layer and the cover layer are made from the same material. This leads to very high unit weights, which result in higher transport costs both to and on the construction site. The processing of these elements is also complex. Elements made from similar building materials have the disadvantage that they are either not fire-resistant or, if they are fire-resistant, are very heavy.
3. Problem / Erfindung / vorteilhafte Wirkung3. Problem / invention / beneficial effect
The innovation specified in the claim is based on the task of developing a three-layer sandwich panel for the hollow floor that has a low specific weight, is easy to work with, is easy to lay, meets the requirements for structural fire protection, is suitable for accommodating floor coverings and can be laid dry. By combining different materials or components in the individual layers of the panel, both different fire resistance classes and different sound insulation values are achieved.
The object of the invention is achieved in that the supporting element is composed of several layers, each with different functions, to form a so-called sandwich element.

Figure 6 shows a possible arrangement of cover elements (3) on the support elements (1+2) in plan view.
The supporting element consists of a tension element (1) and a filling element (2) (Figure 1).
The tension element is connected to a filling element over the surface by means of adhesive or point-like by means of pins, screws, nails or in combinations, in a force-fitting manner to the load-bearing element. The elements consist of combustible or non-combustible material, e.g. wood, chipboard, plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, calcium sulfate boards, combinations of these materials or other tensile materials that can have a low bulk density.
Die Tragelemente werden ergänzt durch Deckelemente (3) (Figur 2).The supporting elements are supplemented by cover elements (3) (Figure 2).
5) Arbeitsweise 5) Working method
The load-bearing elements (Figure 1) are placed on support elements that are positioned at regular intervals (Figures 3 and 5) and, if necessary, glued to one another at the end faces. The cover element is placed on this laid surface, offset from the load-bearing elements (Figures 4 and 6) and connected in a force-fitting manner across the surface using adhesive or at specific points using pins, screws, nails or a combination of these.
