Übliche Handuschen haben einen Brausekopf mit Griff,der beim Duschen üblicher Weise in Kopfhöhe (bei kleineren Menschen sogar über dem Kopf)in die dafür vorgesehene Halterung eingehängt wird,um den ganzen Körper (einschließlich Haar und GesichtNd.§m Wasser auszusetzen. Oder man nimmt das Brauseteil in die Hand,wenn nicht alle Körperteile naß werden sollen. Duschen nur bestimmter Körperteile und gleichzeitiges Bürsten zur Schmutzentfernung(&zgr;.B. Füße),oder Duschen und gleichzeitiges Massieren(Z.B.Rücken oder Beine) ist nur möglich,wenn das Brauseteil in der Vorrichtung hängt und beide Hände frei sind. Oder man muß das Wasser abstellen oder die Handdusche zur Seite legen,um mit einer extra Bürste zu arbeiten.Duschen und bürsten(massieren) ist gleichzeitig nicht möglich wenn nicht alle Körperteile naß werden sollen.Normal hand showers have a shower head with a handle, which is usually hung in the holder provided at head height (or even above the head for smaller people) when showering, in order to expose the whole body (including hair and face) to water. Seitlich muß diese Kappe eine Öffnung haben,damit sie fest am Griff der Handdusche anliegt und kein Wasser herausspritzt 1.2.Dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß er nicht die Form einer Kappe hat,sondern mittels einfacher Schraubvorrichtung oder Einrastung am Brausekopf befestigt wird.Der Brausekopf muß natürlichebenso ausgestatte sein.
